April 6th, 2002 I woke up early and went to pick Cyril up at the Gare de l 'Est. He's still the same little sweet guy, with longer har tough.
We walked to the downtown and stopped to have breakfast in a brassérie.. of course, there was nothing I could eat as a vegan:P
I thought I would eat later, so we walked again to the Pompidou center, and to the shopping centre Les Halles, where I bought a pull at H&M, Cyril bought some records and clothes.
Then we decided to walk all the way west to the Arc de Triomphe or whatever it's spelled..passing by the Louvre.
it was a long way, after the Arc we stopped for eating lunch and I asked for a vegan salad or vegan baguette, they refused to do that.. so I said fuck it, I'll eat later.. and we went to the Bois De Boulogne, where I thought I would find a park like the Golden Gate park or something, but I found out it's like a forest full of condoms, where prostitutes and trans work at night..
After this weird park, we took the underground to the Sacre-Coeur, still I had eaten nothing..we walked up the Church stairs and enjoyed the view. Then as there wetre 2 hours left for Cyril, we went to Montparnasse, where e visited a friend who works in an Italian shop. Well, I guess she was like "Oh Cyril..u are ssuch a cutieeee" her eyes were heart shaped like hahahah
After all this we went to a brassérie and again Cyril was eating a big baguette with salami.. and me... drinking an American coffee...I was starving and almost fainting down, cos we had been walking about 25km today..eating no nothing..
Then I took the underground home, and ran to the supermarket where I bought chips and water.I felt reliefed! Then we watched the new on Cnn and went out to dinner at the Pompidou area. The Indian restaurant was closed, so i went to an italian restaurant where I ad raw and grilled veggies as starters and a vegan pizza with veggies. It was sooooo gooddddddd.
Then again we went to the Internetshop and we met a very kind chinese guy. As we helped him to find something on the net, he wanted us to use his credit for free, how nice! Then we went home and relaxed. Apart from food(there's nothign vegan in the French cuisine apart from bread!)here in Paris, I had a great time!
